Cris Phillips announces that she will be chairing the meeting tonight and opens at 7:05 pm.

Also present: Pete Phillips, Deputy Mayor and Liaison to the Planning Board, Sarah Brown, Village Planner, Tom Brooks, Zoning Board Chairman, Tom VanTine, Building Inspector and Don Van Nostrand, Board Secretary.
Cris Phillips announces that alternate Matt Vetare would be a voting member.

Cris Phillips introduces Tom Brooks Chairman of the Zoning Board and Committee Chairman of the Comprehensive Plan Committee.
Tom Brooks reviews Village Bill F-2015 (on file) and covers the work completed by the
Comprehensive Plan Committee and what was presented to the Village Board the week before.
Committee members Tom VanTine (Code Enforcement Officer) and Sarah Brown (Village
Planner) assisted Committee Chairman Brooks in explaining the updates and changes in Bill
Cris Phillips entertains a motion that a letter be drafted by Sarah Brown to the Village Board on the board’s comments on Bill F-2015. So moved by Reylene VanGeldern. Motion seconded by Theresa Cuchelo. Votes for: 4 Votes against: 0 Motion carried.
Sarah Brown explains that the schedule of uses also has to be updated for both the residential and non-residential to incorporate all the changes to the zoning laws.
