Mayor reads abstracts

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye, motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to approve minutes of September 21st meeting, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, Discussion, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Michael Goodin, Monolith Pictures, is present to discuss shooting a film in the Village

Mayor entertains motion to approve request to film in the Village, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in Favor, Aye.  Motion carried; Mr. Goodin is to contact Police Commissioner Scofield to discuss dates and times.

Tom Brooks, Comprehensive Plan Committee and Chairman of the Village Zoning Board is present and discuss the proposed local law Bill F-2015

Mayor entertains motion to declare lead agency and authorize him to sign Environmental Assessment Form, So Move Trustee Newhard, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to set a public hearing for Bill F-2015 on November 2nd at 7pm, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Inter-municipal Agreement regarding bus stop sign amenities is discussed, no action taken; on November 2nd meeting agenda

Scott Woebse, Mobile Life Support is present to give update on services provided and discusses renewal agreement with Village.

Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign renewal agreement with Mobile Life Support, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion Carried.

Tom Vantine, Building Inspector discussed demolition permit submitted for 1264 Hopewell Avenue. Engineer’s report is reviewed and Mayor entertains motion to reject the demolition permit submitted, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Rad Wilson, Project Coordinator discussed bid submitted for Street Striping. Bid submitted is over budget, Mayor entertains motion to reject bid, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Deputy Mayor Phillips Moves to Adjourn, Seconded Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  8:50 pm
