Present: Mayor Miccio, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Trustees Ferrara, Brozier and Newhard, Village Clerk Angela Arasim.

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye, Opposed, none, carried.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of the December 17th meeting, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye, Motion carried

Police Commissioner Scofield introduces Joseph Wasilewski and David Passineau to the Board

Police Committee recommends hiring two new officers

So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Stan Saya, chair Bldg and Grounds Fishkill Reformed Church is present to discuss removal of tree on Main Street.

Mayor entertains motion to authorize Rad Wilson to coordinate the tree removal, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion; Trustee Newhard suggests a letter stating responsibility of the foundation after tree is removed, Mr. Saya states Church will repair sidewalk and do any further root removal if needed, no further discussion, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Hans Klingzahn suggests a joint meeting with Village Board, Planning Board and Zoning Boards.   To coordinate a possible meeting for February 3rd.

Mayor entertains motion to change the May 5th meeting to May 7th due to a conflict, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor appoints Anthony Brozier as additional Zoning Board liaison, and Trudi Newhard as additional Planning Board liaison

Tina Yun Lee, NAMI is present to discuss Village participation in Ribbon Awareness Campaign from May 1st to June 1st

Trustee Brozier moves to allow Ribbon Awareness Campaign in the Village, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to adjourn, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 7:35pm
