Administrative:
Chairman Hans Klingzahn opens the meeting at 7:00 pm.
Roll call: Present: Hans Klingzahn, Cris Phillips, Theresa Cuchelo, Stephanie Renino, and Matt Vetare. Absent: Reylene VanGeldern and Hilary Roberto. Also present: Don Van Nostrand, Board Secretary.
Chairman Klingzahn entertains a motion to accept the minutes for the meeting held on October 15, 2015. Motion by Cris Phillips to approve and seconded by Theresa Cuchelo.
Votes for: 4 Votes against: 0 Motion carried.
Review:
1. Karate & Kickboxing - 982 Main Street - Sign Application

Chairman Klingzahn entertains a motion. Theresa Cuchelo moves to accept the sign for
Karate & Kickboxing at 982 Main Street as per application. Motion seconded by Cris Phillips
Votes for: 4 Votes against: 0 Motion carried.
2. Stephano’s Ristorante - 1053 Main Street - Sign Permit Application

Chairman Klingzahn reads a letter (on file) from the Building Inspector, Tom VanTine stating
that the stand alone sign would be the only sign before the board tonight. The building mounted
sign would be scheduled for another meeting after a Certificate of Appropriateness was submitted
to the board for review.
Chairman Klingzahn entertains a motion on the stand alone sign. Stephanie Renino moves to
accept the Stephano’s sign as per specs on file located at 1053 Main Street. (Application was
revised to include internal lighting) Motion seconded by Theresa Cuchelo. Votes for: 4 Votes
against: 0 Motion carried.
3. Pete’s Aquarium - 973 Main Street - Sign Permit Application
- Pete Mullings - Business Owner
Chairman Klingzahn entertains a motion. Cris Phillips moves to approve the signage for Pete’s
Aquarium Located at 973 Main Street. Motion seconded by Theresa Cuchelo. Votes for: 4 Votes
Against: 0 Motion carried.
Chairman Klingzahn informed the committee that the Village of Fishkill Employee Handbook
distributed contains all the rules and regulations for all Village of Fishkill employees. The
chairman requested that all members sign the receipt acknowledgement form.
Chairman Klingzahn announces that the next meeting will be held on December 17th and entertains a motion to close the meeting.
