Mayor opens public hearing for Bill F-2015 – a proposed law regarding specially permitted uses, solar and wind electrical systems, and to make other changes and opens the floor for comments.

Sarah Brown, Village of Fishkill Planner is present to review the County comments

Tom Brooks, Chairman of the Village Zoning Board and Comprehensive Planning committee thanks all members involved in this bill for their work.

No further comments Mayor closed public hearing and opens Workshop meeting

Mayor entertains motion to approve minutes of October 19th meeting, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, Discussion, all in favor, Aye..Trustee Ferrara Abstains, motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to adopt Bill F-2015 as Local Law 6-2015 with 2 minor changes as requested, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to approve negative declaration, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor reads Water/Sewer Warrant for the 3rd quarter of 2015 for $692,951.37 and entertains motion to approve as read, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee, Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Rad Wilson summarizes Crown Castle Amendment #2 and Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign Amendment #2 as presented, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Rad Wilson discusses Cablevision’s submission of documents stating merger with Altice.  Village Attorney to review documents and discuss at next meeting.

Rad Wilson discusses Central Hudson’s requests for tree removals
