Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Mayor entertains motion to approve cabaret license applications for Fast Eddies, Whitehouse, Piano Piano, Eleven-11, Ramada Inn, and Grand Centro Grill, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion Carried

Mayor reads water/sewer warrant for the 4th quarter of 2013 and entertains motion to accept as read So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion Carried.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the Mass gathering permit for the Fishkill Business Association Rock Around the Clock Block Party for May 17th, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion Carried.

Mayor entertains motion to rescind the open container law for May 17th from 6pm to 10 pm on Main Street only between Church Street and Robinson Street, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion Carried.

Mayor reads resolution to participate in the Anti-Stigma, Awareness Ribbon Campaign

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to accept resolution as read, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to allow St. Marys 5K run through the Village on April 5th, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.
