Mayor entertains motion to accept the minutes of the March 3rd meeting So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye, Trustee Brozier abstained. Motion carried
Mayor reads abstracts:

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.
Mayor entertains motion to set public hearings for April 8th at 7pm for Bills A, B, C, and D-2014, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye, carried.
Mayor reads resolution referring Bill A-2014 and B-2014 to Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development, the Village Planning Board and establishing a date for a public hearing.
Deputy Mayor Phillips Moves to accept resolution as read, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Carried
Mayor removes himself a Court Liaison and appoints Trustee Ferrara to Committee

Mayor entertains motion to authorize Commissioner Scofield to sign contract for new gas pump, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Carried
WATER AND SEWER: Mayor reads report submitted by Dave Morrison, water and sewer Superintendent
Trustee Newhard discusses Delaware Engineering’s proposal regarding the construction and installation of a new generator and transformer at the Sewer Plant.
Mayor entertains motion to authorize generator/transformer project to go out to bid and authorize him to sign Delaware Engineering contract, after Village attorney reviews it, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Carried
