Mayor opens public hearing for Year 12 Storm water Management Annual Report

Mayor opens it up to the public

Mayor closes public hearing and opens regular meeting

Pledge of Allegiance

Present: Mayor Miccio, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Trustees Newhard, Ferrara and Brozier, Deputy Clerk Jennifer Hetling

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of the May 7th meeting, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Ferrara, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Mayor reads abstracts:

General Fund: $380,208.89

Water-$6,067.31

Sewer-$8,699.66

Cap. Projects Rt. 9 Water Improvement $359,100

Trust & Agency-$3,058.09

Trustee Newhard moves to accept abstracts as read, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion Carried

Mayor reads the 2015-2016 Tax Warrant and entertains motion to approve as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the mass gathering permit submitted by the Fast Eddies for June 7th from 2pm to 11pm, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. 

Mayor entertains motion to rescind the open container law for the parking lot of Fast Eddies for June 7th event from 2pm to 11pm, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.
