Mayor opens Public Hearing for the MS4 Annual report and opens for comments

No comments Mayor closes Public hearing for MS4 and opens public hearing for Bill F-2014, a proposed local law to Amend the Zoning Code regarding Bank and Financial Services Use and opens for comments.

No comments Mayor closes Public hearing for Bill F-2014and opens public hearing for Bill G-2014, a proposed local law to Amend the parking regulations in the Village

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Mayor reads tax warrant 2014-2015 for $1,465,586.11 and entertains motion to accept as read, So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor reads SEQR resolution re: zoning code amendment and entertains motion to accept as read, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Mayor reads Resolution to Adopt Bill F2014 as Local Law 5 of 2014, and entertains motion to accept as read, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion Carried.

Mayor entertains motion to adopt Bill G-2014 as local law 6-2014, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried..

Mayor presents Cathy Ann Nicholson with a certificate of appreciation for her time on the Village Zoning Board.

Mayor entertains motion to accept the budget adjustments as presented by the Treasurer, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to approve the mass gathering permit application from the Fishkill Rotary for the Family Fun Day on September 27th, So Move Deputy Mayor  Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, Discussion, Trustee Brozier questions having an end time rather than “dark”, no further discussion, all in Favor, aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertain motion to accept the services of Sedore & Company for the 2014 audit, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor discusses letter submitted by Victoria Polidoro, Esq. and entertains motion to limit her services to specifically Jackson Crossing project issues that may arise, and only if approved by Village Board covered under the escrow account

So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Trustee Ferrara moves to restore Village Clerk, Angela Arasim, as the Asst. Court Clerk which includes attending the court sessions, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, Deputy Mayor Phillips asks Village Clerk is she was ok with that; Clerk says yes as long as Judge is aware of it, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried
