Mayor reads Resolution regarding appointments of the Planning and Zoning Boards:

RESOLUTION:   Appointments of members of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals starting June 1, 2013

Whereas, Theresa Cuchelo, a member of the Village of Fishkill Planning Board whose term expires May 31, 2013 has expressed an interest in continuing to serve, and,

Whereas, Thomas Brooks, a member of the Village of Fishkill Zoning Board of Appeals whose term expires May 31, 2013 has expressed an interest in continuing to serve, and,

Whereas, Raylene VanGeldern and Hillary Roberto, alternate members of the Village of Fishkill Planning Board whose terms expire on May 31, 2013 and who have expressed an interest in continuing to serve, and,

Whereas, Dan Roberto, an alternate member of the Village of Fishkill Zoning Board of Appeals whose term expires May 31, 2013 has expressed an interest in continuing to serve, now, therefore be it,

Resolved, that Theresa Cuchelo be reappointed to the Planning Board for a five year term beginning June 1, 2013 and expiring May 31, 2018 and, be it further,

Resolved, that Thomas Brooks be reappointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a five year term beginning June 1, 2013 and expiring May 31, 2018 and, be it further,

Resolved, that Raylene VanGeldern and Hillary Roberto be reappointed to alternate positions on the Planning Board for the term June 1, 2013 until May 31, 2014 and, be it further,

Resolved, that Dan Roberto be reappointed to an alternate position on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the term June 1, 2013 until May 31, 2014.

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to accept the bid from Blacktop Maintenance for $7500 for the work on Bedford Avenue and Broad Street to repair area where water main break was, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
