Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye, motion carried

Mayor reads resolution regarding reappointments to the Planning Board and Zoning Board and entertains motion to approve as read, So Move Trustee Newhard, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, Deputy Mayor Phillips recuses himself, all in favor, Aye. Deputy Mayor Phillips abstained, motion carried.

Trustee Ferrara reads resignation letter from Dan Roberto from the Zoning Board; Mayor entertains motion to accept as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to approved public gathering permit application as submitted by the Fishkill Business Association for June 7 craft fair on Main Street, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, Discussion; Trustee Brozier states application states 1000 people expected and only 2 porta johns where the application requirement is 4 porta johns for over 500 people, Approval only with understanding that they must comply, all in favor, Aye. Carried

Mayor reads bid results for Sludge removal and entertains motion to award bid to the only bidder, Residuals Management Services, Inc. dba Earthcare for $0.035 per gallon-transportation and $0.115 per gallon to alternate, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Carried.

Mayor reads bid results for Chlorine; Kuehne Company $5.00 Gallon, Slack Chemical $1.447, Univar USA 600 gal bulk $2.7880 gallon, E.S.C. Environmental $1.10 gallon, and entertains motion to approve low bidder E.S.C. at $1.10 gallon, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, all in favor, Aye. Carried

Mayor reads letter from Mid Hudson Medical Group/Mt. Kisco Medical Group regarding lay offs

Mayor entertains motion to authorize the Village Planning Board to be Lead Agency for the Thurston Café project at 1003 Main Street, So Move Deputy Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Carried

Mayor entertains motion to set a public hearing for proposed local law to amend the parking and traffic regulations in the Village code for June 15th at 7pm, So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Carried.
