Chairman Hans Klingzahn opens the Special Planning Board Meeting at 7:00 pm for public comment on potential environmental impacts related to the proposal by Jackson Crossing LLC to renovate an existing single family residence and construct three new multi-family residential buildings containing a total of 27 dwelling units.
Present: Hans Klingzahn, Cris Phillips, Bea Lindsay, Theresa Cuchelo, Stephanie Renino. Alternates Reylene VanGeldern and Hilary Roberto.
Also present: Peter Phillips, Deputy Mayor and Liaison to the Planning Board, Tom VanTine, Building Inspector, Sarah Brown, Village Planner, Jaime McNiff, representing Larry Paggi, Village Engineer, Victoria Polidoro, Planning Board Attorney, and Angela Arasim, Village Clerk

No public comments.
Victoria Polidoro, Planning Board Attorney explained that since there was no public comments the board can close the public comment session and the applicant has given the board new information which could be considered at the next meeting.
