Administrative:

Chairman Hans Klingzahn opens the meeting at 7:00 pm.

Roll call: Present: Hans Klingzahn, Cris Phillips, Bea Lindsay, Theresa Cuchelo and Reylene Van Geldern Absent: Stephanie Renino and Hilary Roberto.

Also present: Peter Phillips, Deputy Mayor and Liaison to the Planning Board, Tom VanTine, Building Inspector and Don Van Nostrand, Secretary.

Acceptance of the minutes from the previous meetings held on June 20, 2013.

Motion by Bea Lindsay to approve and seconded by Theresa Cuchelo. Votes For: 5 Votes Against: 0 Motion carried.

Public Hearing:

Review:

1. The Labyrinth at Hands - 1129 Main Street - Sign Permit Application

of Serenity Healing

Applicant: Jody Cleveland - Business Owner

Motion by Cris Phillips to approve the sign permit for The Labyrinth at Hands of Serenity Healing located at 1129 Main Street as noted on the stamp that is provided. Motion seconded by Theresa Cuchelo. Votes for: 5 Votes against: 0 Motion carried.

2. State Farm Mary Ellen Roth   -  982 Main Street - Sign Permit Application

Applicant: Mary Ellen Roth - Business Owner

Motion by Bea Lindsay to approve the signage for State Farm Mary Ellen Roth at 982 Main Street as per specs on file. Motion seconded by Reylene Van Geldern. Votes for: 5 Votes against: 0 Motion carried.

3. Prince Fashion New York - 1115 Main Street  - Certificate of Appropriatenes

Applicant: - Christina Walker - Business Owner

Motion by Reylene Van Geldern to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness for Prince Fashion New York located at 1115 Main Street to change the color of the storefront to the color Philipsburg Blue as presented. Motion seconded by Cris Phillips.
