Mayor opens public hearing for Bill G-2013 a proposed local law to amend the size of parking spaces in the Village of Fishkill zoning code

Deputy Mayor Phillips gives a summary and explanation of the proposed law

Martin Byster, Highview Drive: will this be retroactive, with spaces be remarked?

Mayor: No, only going forward

No further comments, Mayor closes public hearing and opens the regular Village Board meeting.

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Mayor entertains motion to adopt Bill G-2013 to Local Law 7-2013, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor reads resolution regarding Segretti subdivision and entertains motion to accept as read and authorize Mayor to sign 2 easement agreements, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

BLDG INSPECTOR REPORT:  Tom Vantine reads report; on file. 

POLICE: Commissioner Glenn Scofield reads report

FIRE: Mayor reads report as submitted by Chief Scofield

JUSTICE: Mayor reads report submitted by Court Clerk; on file.

WATER AND SEWER: Mayor reads report as submitted by Dave Morrison, water and sewer Superintendent; on file.

Larry Paggi, Village Engineer is present to discuss catch basin drainage issue near & Sharon and recommends to have a pipe inspection company clean and inspect with camera; will request proposals

Sr. Project Coordinator: Rad Wilson gives report

Ambulance report submitted by Trustee Newhard, on file

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to allow American Cancer Society to borrow the Village P.A. System, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, Mayor states only allows non profit organizations to borrow Village equipment, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
