Mayor reads resolution regarding Segretti subdivision and entertains motion to accept as read and authorize Mayor to sign 2 easement agreements, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Larry Paggi, Village Engineer is present to discuss catch basin drainage issue near & Sharon and recommends to have a pipe inspection company clean and inspect with camera; will request proposals

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to allow American Cancer Society to borrow the Village P.A. System, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, Mayor states only allows non profit organizations to borrow Village equipment, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
