Justice Court
The Office of the Village Justice Court is responsible for managing court operations related to case processing. The Court Clerk serves in a confidential capacity and is responsible for accounting, disbursing of fines, fees and bail.
The Village Justice Court handles Criminal, Civil, Small Claims, and Vehicle and Traffic cases.
Administration
The office is located in the Van Wyck Hall at 1095 Main Street in the Village of Fishkill and open weekdays from 9 AM – 3 PM. Court is held each Monday starting at 9:00 AM
