PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April  1, 2013, the Village of Fishkill Board of Trustees enacted Local Law 3-2013 A Local Law prohibiting for six months the demolition of and the issuance of demolition permits for structures located within the Village of Fishkill Historic Preservation Overlay Zone or listed on or eligible for listing on the State or National Register of Historic Places
