NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Fishkill, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York on the 28th day of September 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Van Wyck Hall, 1095 Main Street, Fishkill, New York, for public comment on the Ram Hospitality Inc. variance application for the property located at 21 Schuyler Boulevard, known as tax grid number 1330001-6255-01-108713-0000.

The applicant is requesting variances from Section 171-97A Off Street Parking Requirements Schedule of Regulations (Non-Residential) for a reduction in required parking by six (6) parking spaces, Section 171-36.B(2) to allow 57.4% of the front yard setback to be used for parking and driveways, and Section 171-53 Schedule of Regulations for Nonresidential Districts to allow encroachment of an existing accessory structure into the required setback. The site consists of one parcel and is approximately 2.36 acres and is located in the Planned Industry Zoning District. A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall.
The application was referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals by the Code Enforcement Officer. All interested parties will be heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fishkill at the Public Hearing as stated above.
