NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Fishkill, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York on the 27th day of February 2014 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Van Wyck Hall, 1095 Main Street, Fishkill, New York for public comment on the Gulf Station signage variance application located at 733 Route 9, known as tax grid number 133001-6156-20-835027-0000
Gulf Gas Station
The applicant is requesting a variance to Section 171-49D of the Village Code which allows no more than one sign be affixed to the outer wall of the structure. The Applicant is proposing 1 sign over the door to the gas station and additional signs on the building and canopy. The site consists of one parcel and is approximately .30 acres and is located in the GB-2 Zoning District and SD-3 signage district. A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall.
The application was referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals by the Village Zoning Code Enforcement Officer. All interested parties will be heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fishkill at the Public Hearing to be held aforesaid.
