Mayor opens regular meeting

Pledge of Allegiance

Present: Mayor Miccio, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Trustees Newhard, Ferrara, and Brozier, Village Clerk Angela Arasim

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of the October 2nd meeting, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Brozier, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Mayor reads abstracts:

General Fund: $42,179.19

Community Development $6,719.19

Water-$20,460.71

Sewer-$48,777.72

Cap. Projects Village Hall Renovation $69,263.08

Trust & Agency-$783.75

Trustee Brozier moves to accept abstracts as read, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion Carried

Mayor entertains motion to adopt revised employee manual, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign Bus Stop Sign Amenities Agreement, So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

 

REPORTS

Building Inspector: Tom Vantine reads report, on file

Fire: Mayor reads report submitted by Chief Knapp reads report, on file.

Mayor reads membership report as submitted by Protection Engine Co. No. 1 Recording Secretary and entertains motion to approve as Associate Member, Glenn Kramer; Active members Joshua Stokes, Matthew Stokes, and Celia Stokes. So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye, Deputy Mayor Abstained. Motion carried.

Court: Mayor reads report as submitted by Court Clerk, on file.

Police: Lt. Goddard reads report, on file.

Water/Sewer: Dave Morrison reads report, on file.

Project Coordinator, Rad Wilson gives report, on file

Mayor entertains motion to authorize Central Hudson to change all Village streets lights to LED and authorize him to sign the Street Light authority order, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion Carried

Ambulance report submitted by Trustee Newhard

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to adjourn, seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  7:55 pm
