NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Fishkill, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York on the 28th day of July 2016 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Van Wyck Hall, 1095 Main Street, Fishkill, New York for public comment on the Brown Residence proposed front yard setback area variance application located at 15 Patricia Avenue known as tax grid number 133001-6256-17-104147-0000.
The applicants are requesting a variance to Section 171F Schedule of Dimensional Regulations Residential of the Village Code which requires a 30’ front yard setback. The applicant can provide 24 - 25 foot front setback thus requesting a 5 foot (+/-) relief from the 30 foot minimum front yard setback. The site consists of one parcel and is approximately .356 acres and is located in the R-10 One Family Residence Zoning District.. A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall.
The application was referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals by the Code Enforcement Officer. All interested parties will be heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fishkill at the Public Hearing to be held aforesaid.
