Chairman Hans Klingzahn opens the meeting at 7:00 pm.

Roll call: Present: Hans Klingzahn, Cris Phillips, Theresa Cuchelo, Reylene VanGeldern. Hilary Roberto arrived at 7:05. Absent: Matt Vetare. Also present: Pete Phillips, Deputy Mayor and liaison to the Planning Board and Don Van Nostrand, Board Secretary.

Chairman Klingzahn entertains a motion to accept the minutes for the meeting held on April 21, 2016. Motion by Reylene VanGeldern to approve.  Seconded by, Cris Phillips, discussion none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.



1. Pearse/Bosquez           - 25 Broad Street                 _ Certificate of Appropriateness                                                                                      

Applicants:                       - Mary Pearse                      - Resident

                                         - Betty Bosquez                   - Resident

           Chairman Klingzahn entertains a motion. Cris Phillips moves to approve a Certificate of

           Appropriateness for 25 Broad Street as per application. Motion seconded by Theresa Cuchelo.

           Discussion none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.



2. Jackson Crossing, LLC            - 71 & 75 Jackson St         - Extension of Subdivision Approval

Applicant:                                  - Kelly Libolt                     - KRC Planning Consultants

          Chairman Klingzahn reads the resolution (on file) and entertains a motion on the Subdivision

          Extension Approval. Theresa Cuchelo moves to grant a ninety day extension for Jackson Crossing

          as per application. Motion seconded by Cris Phillps. Discussion none, all in favor, Aye. Motion
