Mayor discusses Restoration Bond for $74,787, for the KM Farrell Real Estate, LLC project on Jackson Street and entertains motion to accept and authorize him to sign, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, Trustee Brozier questions what the amount was based on; recommendation from Village Engineer, no further discussion, all in favor, Aye. Carried

Mayor entertains motion to approve minutes of October 18^th meeting, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye; carried

Mayor entertains motion to approve the bids submitted from the Auction for the 2012 Expedition for $10,200 and the 2001 Dodge RAM for $2,950, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Carried.

Mayor entertains motion to accept the Engagement letter submitted by RBT for audit services, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Carried

Chad Parks, RSI is present to discuss Demo permit for the Gap; permit application is to be resubmitted with proper paperwork due to change of contractor.  Mayor entertains motion to approve permit once all paperwork is submitted to Building Inspector, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye; Trustee Newhard Abstained. Carried.
