Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move, Trustee Newhard, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye; Carried.
Trustee Newhard moves to approve the minutes of the August 21st meeting, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, all in favor, Aye, Deputy Mayor Phillips abstained.
Mayor entertains motion to approve the mass gathering permit submitted by the Classic Cruisers for the car show on October 8th, with changes to time to be from 9-4 and street location to be Church St. to Bedford Ave. not to Jackson St., So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, all in favor, aye. Carried
Trustee Newhard moves to approve the mass gathering permit submitted by the Fishkill Business Association for the craft fair on Sept. 17th Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, all in favor, Aye.
Mayor reads resolution for the D.O.T. bridge deck replacement on Rt 9 over Fishkill Creek and entertains motion to approve expenditure fee to the State Comptroller for $36,927.70, So move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Newhard, discussion, all in favor, Aye.
Mayor entertains motion to accept resolution for DOT Bridge deck replacement work, as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.
Mayor reads resolution for the Amendment to the Inter-Municipal agreement and entertains motion to accept as read, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Newhard, discussion, all in favor, aye.
Trustee Brozier suggests that we amend the local law for Mass gathering permits to include a submission deadline for an event and a time period cap for any event.
Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to adjourn, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, all in favor, Aye.
