Mayor opens regular meeting

Pledge of Allegiance

Present: Mayor Miccio, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Trustees Newhard, Ferrara, and Brozier, Village Clerk Angela Arasim

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of the November 2nd meeting, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Ferrara, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Mayor reads abstracts:

General Fund: $27,437.23

Community Development $2,325

Water-$28,268.18

Sewer-$6,553.03

Cap. Projects Village Hall Renovation $78,716.78

Trust & Agency-$48.75

Trustee Ferrara moves to accept abstracts as read, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion Carried

Mayor entertains motion to set a public hearing for December 6th at 7pm to approve the change of indirect control of the franchisee (Cablevision) under the cable television franchise; So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

 

REPORTS

Building Inspector: Tom Vantine reads report, on file

Fire: Chief Knapp reads report, on file.

Mayor reads membership report as submitted by Protection Engine Co. No. 1 Recording Secretary and entertains motion to approve as Active Member, Michael Espinosa and also to approve the Annual raffle and boot drop fundraisers; So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye, Deputy Mayor Abstained. Motion carried.

Court: Mayor reads report as submitted by Court Clerk, on file.

Police: Commissioner Scofield reads report, on file.

Water/Sewer: Dave Morrison reads report, on file.

Project Coordinator, Rad Wilson gives report, on file

Ambulance report submitted by Trustee Newhard

Town of Fishkill Supervisor Bob LaColla gives a presentation of the proposed Town Budget

Mayor entertains motion to enter into executive session to discuss personnel disciplinary action, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to close executive session and reopen regular meeting, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to adjourn, seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  8:50 pm
