Mayor: the line goes beyond the Putnam County line
Albra: Who will be responsible for the pay down of the $1.7 million bond?
Mayor: The rate payers
Albra: So me living in Glenham, I’d be responsible for it?
Mayor: Part of your money goes to the maintenance of the water lines, yes
Albra: Through an increase in the rates or on the tax bill, like we got this year
Mayor: It will just be in your water rate. We just did an increase for our operation costs, that’s a capital project that we’re not increasing specific for that project.
Albra: So when you do the Bond, there will be no increase?
Mayor: There will be no increase
