Mayor reads abstracts:

Trust & Agency $1,037.50

Cap. Projects Firehouse Renovation $6,033.75

Cap. Projects Village Hall Renovation $2,674.50

Cap. Projects Round Hill Generator $10,082.25

Cap. Projects Rt. 9 Water line improvement $1,400

Cap. Projects Wastewater Plant Generator $2,980

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to authorize the Mayor to sign the contract from Professional Musicians of Orange County for the Memorial Day Band for $1140, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Mayor reads a resolution in support of Assembly Bills A.88 and A.824 and entertains motion to accept as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor reads Adopting Resolution regarding the Health Reimbursement Account effective January 1, 2013, and entertains motion to accept as read, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor reads Firehouse renovations bid awards and entertains motion to award contracts 1, 2, 3,and 4, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips,

Deputy Mayor Phillips rescinds his motion

Award Contract No. 1 to General Construction, Transitional Builders for $1,332,988 (base bid with deduct alternate #2 &#3) So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Award Contract No. 2 Plumbing Contractor, Frank & Lindy Plumbing & Heating for $80,565, So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Award Contract No. 3 HVAC, S&O Construction Services, for $136.454, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Award Contract No. 4 Electrical, Veith Enterprises for $135,000,  So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Dave Stenger, Jackson Crossing, is present to discuss demolition permit application for property at Main and Jackson.

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to table this application until a later date, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion,  All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

ATTORNEY

Greg Supple submits deed for the property at the Firehouse and Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign the deed to consolidate that property to form one tax parcel, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor opens to floor

Robert O’Leary, 118 Village Common is present to discuss issue with his neighbor regarding his lighting of his property

Michael Lucas, Hopewell Avenue: present to complain about the condition of his neighbors yard

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to adjourn, seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  8:50 pm
