NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Fishkill, a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York on the 18th day of April 2013 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Van Wyck Hall, 1095 Main Street, Fishkill, New York for public comment on the GJP Enterprises Special Use Permit Application. The property is located at 5 Schuyler Boulevard, known as tax grid number 6255-01-080693-0000.

The applicant has submitted a Special Use Permit Application requesting approval for a drive thru window and drive thru lanes associated with the window. Section 171-65.5D of the Village Zoning law requires 6 queuing spaces per drive-thru aisle. The project involves construction of a 4,249 square foot 2 story gas station with a canopy, 6 gas pumps and a convenience store. The site consists of one parcel and is approximately .918 acres and is located in the PI Zoning District and SD-3 signage district. Copies of the applications are on file at the Village Hall.
All interested parties will be heard by the Planning Board of the Village of Fishkill at the Public Hearing to be held aforesaid.
