Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Mayor entertains motion to adopt Bill F-2013 as Local Law 6-2013, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Willa Skinner, Fishkill Historical Society is present to discuss a grant for a historic marker for Samuel Loudon.  She asks permission to have it installed at the corner of Loudon Drive and Old Main Street.

Mayor entertains motion to allow Historical Society to pursue the grant and accept the location and authorize him to sign the letter granting permission, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign the agreement letter with Frederick P. Clark to continue as Planners with the Village, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to accept report of Membership from Protection Engine Co. No. 1 recording secretary regarding new Active members David Selber and Joseph Villani, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, Discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
