Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye, Opposed, none, carried.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of the July 16th meeting, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Judge Wolfson is present to request hiring Jason Morse as an additional Court Attendant.

Deputy Mayor Phillips Moves to approve hiring Jason Morse, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to accept the changes to the Procurement Policy, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to accept request for public gathering at Fast Eddies, Elm Street, on September 13th, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to rescind the open container law for Fast Eddies gathering on September 13th from 8am to 7pm in their private parking area only, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor reads resolution for the Village Road naming of George N. Carter Way, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Brozier, discussion,

Amend to Private Access Road, no further discussion, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Martin Byster, Highview Road is present to ask where the items are that were found in the Jackson St. house.  Mayor states he will look into this
