NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance Section 171-56 of the Village of Fishkill, a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York on the 16th day of April 2015 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Van Wyck Hall, 1095 Main Street, Fishkill, New York for public comment on the Ross Apartments Special Use Permit located at 12 North Street, known as tax grid number 133001-6155-08-787999 in the Village of Fishkill.
The applicant is seeking approval to renovate an existing barn and garage into three apartments. The barn and garage are located on one parcel located at the corner of North Street and Academy Street. The project site is located in the VC-BD (Village Central Business District) and is one parcel and is approximately .07 acre. A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall.
All interested parties will be heard by the Planning Board of the Village of Fishkill at the Public Hearing to be held aforesaid.
