Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of March 6th meeting, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor reads abstracts:

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried
Mayor entertains motion to table any motion to approve the Mass gathering permit for the Rock Around the Clock Block party submitted by the Fishkill business association until his meeting with the Activities committee, so move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Second, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Owners of Tomato Café are present to discuss parking are issue in back parking lot; hash marking will be painted in the Spring to mark area as no parking
