Mayor opens Village Board meeting.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of the May 10th meeting, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor reads abstracts:

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried
Mayor Reads Tax Warrant as presented by Village Treasurer and entertains motion to accept as read, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor entertains motion to approve the mass gathering permit for Fast Eddies cancer benefit on June 12th, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor entertains motion to rescind the open container law for the cancer benefit at Fast Eddies, parking area only from noon to 11pm on June 12th. So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor presents a commendation to Stephanie Renino for serving on the Planning Board.
Mayor entertains motion to appoint Sally Olivieri as an alternate Village Election inspector for the June 21st election, So move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
REPORTS
Police Commissioner Scofied asks Board consider for hire Robert Hamilton as P/T police officer. Police Committee recommends the hire and Mayor entertains motion to hire Robert Hamilton, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Building Inspector: Tom Vantine reads report, on file.
Police: Commissioner Scofield reads report.
Fire: Mayor reads report as submitted
Justice: Mayor reads report submitted by Court Clerk; on file.
Water/Sewer: Dave Morrison reads report, on file
Trustee Ferrara moves to accept the low bid for Sludge removal from Earthcare, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Trustee Ferrara moves to accept the low bid for Chlorine from Main Pool and Chemical, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Robert Musiello, owner 4 Blodgett is present to discuss his delinquent water bill
