Mayor entertains motion to accept minutes from the January 7th meeting, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Trustee Ferrara abstained, Motion carried.
Deanna Grannis, Pamal Broadcasting is present and has previously submitted a mass gathering permit application for the Cupcake Festival on May 5th.
Mayor entertains motion to approve the mass gathering application as submitted, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
Trustee Ferrara discusses catch basins, complaints of bad taste in the water, and hydrant flushing
Deputy Mayor Phillips states that Attorney David Wise has moved to another firm and moves to approve to keep him as Village labor attorney with the new firm, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, Trustee Brozier questions if rate changes are forthcoming, no further discussion, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
Police Commissioner Glenn Scofield discusses proposal submitted to Board from Impact, a records management system for the police department.
Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to empower Glenn to sign the contract & license agreement from Impact pending review from Village Attorney, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
Mayor entertains motion to change the January 28th meeting to January 23rd, the February 18th meeting to February 19th, the July 15th meeting to July 16th, the December 16th meeting to December 17th, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
Rad Wilson updates the Board on Village Hall progress and the Firehouse renovation bid
Mayor entertains a motion to suspend the ordinance prohibiting sump pumps from pumping into the public treatment operation for time period necessary to generate clean water at 14 Givens Lane no more than 90 days from today, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains a motion to authorize Rad, Tom, and Dave to do whatever is necessary, and engage Larry (Village engineer) and Greg for any professional assistance and all bills generated to be given to 14 Givens Lane, to remedy the situation, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
Mayor entertains motion to designate the Village Board as Lead Agency for the Route 9 Water Line rehabilitation improvement project, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried
