Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign the MS4 Annual report for submission by Engineer, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of the April 18th meeting, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, All in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to adopt the adjusted base proportions as submitted by Village Treasurer, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the mass gathering permit application for the Fishkill Business Association’s Craft Fair on June5th, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the mass gathering permit application for the Fishkill Rotary’s Family Fun Day on September 24th pending payment of permit fees, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the Cabaret License application submitted by Sapore Steakhouse, pending payment of license fee, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Discussion, None, All in Favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Nazmi Berisha, owner Trattoria Locanda, is present to complain about the K104 cupcake festival held on May 8th. Stated he lost business on Mother’s day because of the crowds and lack of parking on that day.

Other complaints were the parking issues on Broad Street due to no parking signs not being placed before event.

Mayor entertains motion to accept the high bid for the Police vehicle of $9350, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign the “Transfer of Client Files” submitted by David Wise, Esq. to transfer files from Iseman Cunningham Reister & Hyde, LLP, to the firm of Mackey, Butts & Wise, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, Discussion, none, all in Favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign the agreement submitted by Sedore & Company for financial statements audits for 2016, 2017, and 2018, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Frank Redl and Herb Redl are present to discuss the demolition application denial regarding 1264 Hopewell Ave.

Trustee Ferrara moves to adjourn, Seconded Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried. 8:17 pm
