NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at the Village Hall (Van Wyck Hall), 1095 Main Street, Fishkill New York, at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the agenda, the Planning Board of the Village of Fishkill will hold a public hearing on the application of Promenade Senior Living LLC for Site plan and Special Permit approval, pursuant to section 171-63 of the Village Zoning Law, to adaptively re-use a 75,400 SF portion of the existing Ramada Hotel and Conference Center, located at 542 Rt. 9, known as tax grid number 133001-6255-01-147610, as a state licensed 200-bed Assisted Living Facility, and to upgrade and operate the remaining 30,600 SF of the existing facility as a small limited service hotel. The site consists of one parcel of approximately 6.77 acres and is located in the PI Zoning District. The applicant has requested to use three existing signs on the property with appropriate wording and logo changes. All signs are located within the SD-3 Signage District, and no additional sign square footage is proposed.
The Village Planning Board has classified the project as an unlisted project pursuant to SEQRA regulations (as codified in 6 N.Y.C.R.R. § 617.4).
A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall and available for inspection during business hours. At the public hearing, all interested parties will be heard.
