NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, that on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at the Village Hall (Van Wyck Hall), 1095 Main Street, Fishkill New York, at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the agenda, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fishkill will hold a public hearing on the application of T-Mobile located at 3-5 Merritt Boulevard, also known as Parcel Grid ID No. 133001-6255-01-025830. The proposal is to collocate its wireless communication equipment at an existing base station (“Existing Facility”) at the 3-5 Merritt Boulevard location.
The side yard setback for the Planning Industry Zoning District requires a 30-foot side yard setback. The Applicant is requesting a variance of 15 feet to allow a side yard setback of 14 feet for the proposed expansion of the wireless facility to avoid wetlands and an existing sewer easement on Village property.
A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall and available for inspection during business hours. At the public hearing all interested parties will be heard.
