PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, that on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the Village Hall (Van Wyck Hall), 1095 Main Street, Fishkill New York, at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the agenda, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Fishkill will hold a public hearing on the application of Burger King located at 760 Route 9, also known as Parcel Grid ID No. 6156-20-861037. The project involves the demolition of the existing 3,700 square foot

restaurant, the construction of a new 3,060 square foot restaurant, and the expansion of the drive-thru facilities. The applicant is requesting variances to Sections 171-25, 171-36B (1), 171-36.C(1), 171-49.C, 171.-49D and 171-97A of the Zoning Law. The parcel is located in GB-2 Zoning District.
